Leather is a natural material and will, therefore, always have natural markings such as dents, scars, scratches, wrinkles, or blemishes. Irregularities in the texture or inconsistency in color are inherent to the material. Each bag is color dyed and washed, and the leather is softened to give each piece its vintage look. No two bags are exactly alike; as a result, the product shown on our website can vary.

US RETURNS:
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please email us at returns@bolsanovahandbags.com with your order details. We will provide a return label, and you may send the item back at no charge when using the original packaging.
To qualify for a full refund, items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis, as our goal is always to ensure customer satisfaction.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We love shipping our bags around the world! Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Bolsa Nova Handbags. For a hassle-free international shopping experience, we recommend ordering through Wolf & Badger where all duties and taxes are included at checkout.
